Final Result:

To celebrate the beauty of the

Art Nouveau movement,

William Morris, royalty free wallpaper was used to cover the walls and the wood was given a dark finish resembling the dark wood houses of the era.

Embellishments were added with props.

Floor is a steel base so the puppet can perform on top with magnetic feet

Details:

Construction took place in my hometown of Providence Rhode Island, in my father's workshop. In order to have each set be portable and removable. Each of the side walls was connected with velcro to keep it secure. The set pieces were then primed and then next steps are to paint and decorate both
